How Children Learn?

A very simple question, which do you think will draw a child's attention? Let's say the Spiderman cartoon, and Spiderman comicbook?
Not too sure? Let them read their favourite character's book, then switch on the TV. Everyone's attention is on the TV which comes with actions, sound, that is why, there are lots more of children TV channels and TV learning programmes emerging. Eg. XXXX TutorTV etc.
Children are individuals who learn in a variety of different ways. The keys is to find the way that the children learn best, understandable, and to supply the children with the tools and skills which help them study in a way that could reduce their stress levels, save time for other activities like sport, humanity and social.

Here, a video that explains how a heart work. How can a student imagine the heart work function by merely readings?

Why not you telling me, which do you prefer? The one below? or the video above?

Ask your children video presentation / slideshow and text book, which one will they choose.

Nowadays, people can not live without computer, handphone, internet, as a parent are you children well equipped to challenge in the 21st century?
